  • My wife and I are both using the same account. When I update a maintenance action, can I push that change to my husbands device?

    Yes. To sync manually, just press, hold and pull down any list view (for example the to-do list or the equipment list), and the app will synchronize the local data with the cloud. If the other person then does the same, the app will pull down the latest changes from the cloud server.
  • I want offline copies of all my links. Can you help me?

    Of course! Just send an email to support@maintaid.com and clearly describe what you want and we’ll send you an email with all your links, so that you can download them and store offline. In the email, please also write your username (the email address you use to log in).
  • Can I share stuff with other users?

    Yes, in several ways. First, you can send an action to a printer and get a hard copy or send it as an SMS. It’s also absolutely ok to share a login (user id) within the family. The app will keep the data in sync for all of you between all your devices.
  • I accidentally deleted a house/equipment/event/link! What do I do now?

  • Will my data disappear if I uninstall the app?

    No, your houses, equipments, actions, action history and links are stored safely in the cloud and will be downloaded if you install the app on a new device and login with the same credentials. The only things that are locally stored are background images and Economic Overview settings.
